Journey

Foodie Brands Catering Services (FBCS), is established to specialize in co-packing and B2B services with a focus on private label food production.

2015

2016

FBCS commences production for its inaugural meal plan partners, Fitness Feedz and Smith St Paleo.
FBCS forms a joint venture for the UAE’s first all-vegan meal plan, Plant Power.

2017

2018

FBCS launches its catering division, entering the private market, with Blast Catering as its initial venture.

FBCS partners with Intuety Food LLC to create a line of healthy bars under the name of Snack Studio, marking its official entry into the FMCG segment.

FBCS becomes the leading independent caterer in the UAE by acquiring Dish, subsequently folding Blast Catering under Dish to focus on the corporate market.

FBCS incubates iKcon, which is spun off the same year and goes on to become one of the leading cloud kitchen operators in the region. iKcon was sold to REEF Technology of the US in 2021.

FBCS expanded its meal plan division by onboarding additional clients, including Rawkure and Keto by Foxxy, among others.
Dish had the honor of being awarded full catering services to the Dutch Pavilion during Expo 2020.

FBCS onboards mega meal plan brand idiet, known as HealthBox in Lebanon.

Ever since the Museum of the Future opened its doors, Dish has been privileged to serve as one of its preferred caterers, along with Dubai Opera.
Foodie Holdings Limited (FHL) is created to consolidate ownership among subsidiaries and associated entities under a unified umbrella.

FHL successfully embarks on its Series A fundraising round to double-down on its dominant position within the verticals in which it operates.

The newly inaugurated FHL head office welcomes team members from all its subsidiaries and associated entities to encourage further collaboration and synergies.
